The purchasing power of the dollar will continue to erode. The dollar as we know it and any value it currently retains is unsustainable. We need to embrace a new sound money system - it will happen regardless if you want it to or not. The sooner we can educate ourselves on this concept the better off we all will be. The sooner we can implement our own currency system here in our own town the better off we will all be.
Paraphrased from Rafi: If the dollar does collapse, because of a debt ceiling crises or some kind of crises that ushers in an unprecedented round of fiat money printing, then our current primary gold substitute (the dollar) will become worthless, a void will be created, and the public will run to silver as the monetary medium they can trust.
Silver is now double the price it was from when the chart below was created in May of 2023. This is because we are in a currency crises and all hard asset prices rise.
